sheets making bedtime an eagerly anticipated experience. When the air is crisp, the
Sorrento?s housekeeping staff uses a hot water bottle to warm the sheets during the
nightly turn-down ritual. Many of the accommodations feature breath-taking views of
Seattle?s spectacular skyline, the city?s bustling harbor or the Olympic Mountains. The
in-room amenities that are provided by the Sorrento Hotel offer guests all of the comforts
of home, and then some. In-room entertainment is never a problem at the hotel. All guest
rooms and suites have a remote controlled color cable television and stereo. Both
leisure and business travelers will find it simple and easy to keep in touch with the
outside world via the in-room modem/data ports that make surfing the information highway

Five-Star Dining
Dining is another unique and wonderful experience at the Sorrento Hotel. The Fireside
Room, a strictly non-smoking establishment, is a tea room by day and an evening hotspot by
night. Afternoon tea begins at 3:00 pm daily and goes until 5:00 pm. In addition to a nice
cup of tea, guests may opt to enjoy various delicious treats such as fruit, apricot and
cherry scones, chocolate pralines and mini cream puffs. The Fireside Room is an ideal spot
to spend a romantic evening drinking cocktails and delighting in the smoky sounds of live
jazz music. The Hunt Club is one of Seattle?s most celebrated dining establishments. The
restaurant is open daily for breakfast and dinner. Brunch is served on weekends and lunch
is served on weekdays. The Hunt Club Bar is a wonderful place to enjoy a pre dinner drink
or nightcap. Piazza Capri is the Sorrento?s newest addition. Open only during the summer
months, this lunch spot that is reminiscent of a European caf? is located outdoors in the
hotel?s circular courtyard.
